NELSON, STEVEN E. of Waterford, passed away April 20, 2020 at 63 years of age. Dear son of Donna and the late William C.; loving husband of Patricia (nee Calme) for 21 years; dear father of Melissa Wheeler, Michael (Shayla Johnson) Stern, Tiffany (Chad) Ernst, Christopher (Witney) Stern, and Steven C. (fiancée Christina Majors and son Kaiden) Nelson; papa of Jared, Jalyn, Jordan, Micayla, Jacob, Dalton, Dylan, Emma, Mackenna, Lyndsi, Bella, and Trevor; brother of Michelle (Andre) Kazewych and the late William W. Nelson; uncle of Andrew and Allie Kazewych. Steven was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corp and retired in 2020 from GM as an experimental technician after 41 years of service. A die hard Harley Davidson rider, he was a skilled mechanic who could fix anything, but most important to Steve was the love of his wife, his children, and most notably his grandchildren.
