passed away Friday May 18, 2018 at the age of 60. Born September 6, 1957 in Pontiac, Michigan the son of the late Chester and Thelma Thrift. Beloved husband of Brenda. Loving father of Jamie (Nathan) Bolton, Joseph (Evangeline) Thrift and Justin (Jennifer) Thrift; proud grandfather of Ethan Huggins, Ella Huggins, Ryder Bolton, Ella Thrift and Emmett Thrift; caring brother of Jane (the late Chuck) Moss, Tom Thrift and Terri (John) Copeland. Steve was funny, kindhearted, and no matter what he was going through - he always had an ear to lend. His love for his family, his dogs, cars, and the Lord was something to be admired. His family takes peace and comfort in knowing that he is home with Jesus, whom he loved so much.
