of Waterford, passed away August 17, 2015 at 90 years of age. Loving wife of the late Mitchell; beloved mother of Paula (Edward) Haley and Bill (Lynn Goulet) Rampart; grandmother of Rachelle (Michael), Chris (Amanda) and the late Jeff; great grandmother 'GG' of Brieann, Branden, Breanna, and Olivia. Preceded in death by siblings Lillian and Charles. Shirley, for many years, was an active member of the American Legion #377 Auxialry and Waterford Golden Agers. Most important Shirley loved her family and will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her. /
