GATTON, SHIRLEY A. of Clarkston, passed away October 22, 2021 at 90 years of age. Loving wife of the late Robert for 47 years; dear mother of Karen (Tom) Wyatt, Sue (Mike) Hancock, Lisa (Charles) Tuft, and Linda (Wahib) Shaker; grandmother of 10; great grandmother of 19; great great grandmother of 3; preceded in death by her mother Helen Etherton, 1 grandchild, 2 great grandchild, and 4 siblings. Shirley was a waitress for two country clubs, Devon Gable and The Village Club of Bloomfield Hills. She enjoyed family gatherings, playing cards, was an avid reader, and could have been a jeopardy champion. She always made sure, if nothing else, she had ice cream in her freezer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Meals on Wheels.
