Born April 13, 1939 in Livingston, Kentucky to the late William Oscar and Ora (nee: Garnett) Perkins; survived by one daughter, Kimberly (Roger) Geistler; two sons, Thomas and Todd Amoss; two grandchildren, Sean (Melissa) Geistler and Riley Amoss; one great granddaughter, Sidney Geistler; one sister Bobbie Jean (Lowell) Harris; one sister-in-law Carmel Perkins; her dear lifelong friend, Nancy Crossno. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, William and Russell Perkins.
