COLTRAIN, SHAUN THOMAS, age 43 of Leslie, passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. He was born on August 1, 1978 in Pontiac to parents Christopher and Lynn (Pomeroy) Coltrain, Sr. Shaun was a very loving and caring man. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and sense of humor. He was a very skilled journeyman carpenter and enjoyed many outdoor adventurous activities like hunting, boating, and riding ATVs. More than anything, Shaun loved his daughter, Giuliana, or "G" as he would call her. She was his world. Shaun is survived by his mother, Lynn Coltrain; daughter, Giuliana; siblings: Christopher (Stacey) Coltrain, Jr. and Kenzie (Lee) March; nephews and nieces: Christopher III, Savannah, Zachary, Thomas, Carter, Dana, Hunter, Michael, Trenton, Memphis, and Cheyenne; and several lifelong friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Christopher Coltrain, Sr., and sister, Erin Renee Coltrain. Interment at Ottawa Park Cemetery.
