Sharon Lynn Wilson

Sharon Lynn Wilson (née Davis), age 67, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, passed away on the morning of September 26, 2026.

Sharon was born on December 15, 1958, at Pontiac General Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan, to Robert Niel Davis and Frances (Curry) Davis. As a young woman, she gained a stepfather in Rolland Thayer when her mother remarried, and the two shared a close and loving bond.

While still in high school, Sharon met the love of her life, David Wilson. Together they built a life centered on family and raised two children, Gary and Christina.

Family was everything to Sharon. She took special joy in her grandson, Logan, and the two shared an extraordinarily close relationship. She was a proud and faithful presence in the stands at Logan's sporting events, cheering him on whenever she could.

Sharon grew up alongside her brothers, Rob Davis and James Davis, and her sister, Linda Davis (Marks) The bond she shared with her siblings stayed with her throughout her life, and she treasured the memories they made together.

Outside of her family, Sharon found her greatest peace outdoors. She loved tending her garden and could often be found watching the birds that visited her yard, delighting in each one.

A woman of deep faith, Sharon found comfort in her belief in heaven. Her family takes peace in knowing she is now reunited with David, the love of her life.

Sharon is survived by her son, Gary Wilson (Darci Falter), and his son, Logan Wilson; and her daughter, Christina "Nina" Wilson (Tina Martin). She was preceded in death by her husband, David Wilson, and her parents, Robert Davis and Frances Thayer, and stepfather, Rolland Thayer.
