HAWES, SCOTT ERNEST, age 66, of Waterford, passed away February 28, 2024. He was born on January 19, 1958, in Ferndale, Michigan, son to the late Ralph and Beth Hawes (nee Kiefer). Loving husband of Leanne for 43 wonderful years. Loving father of Samantha (David) Deckard. Proud grandfather of Madelyn Deckard. Dear brother of Curtis Hawes, uncle of Kate and Christine Hawes. He was a graduate of Rochester Adams High School, class of 1976. Scott worked as a fire alarm technician for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed crafting homebrew beer. Scott was a very accomplished musician, playing the bass guitar for several different bands throughout the years.
