DIERSCHOW, SCOTT A. of Imlay City, passed away July 21, 2023 at 54 years of age. Beloved soul mate of Nicole Fobare for 18 years; beloved father of Cassandra (fiancé Nathan Soldan) Dierschow, Cameron (Makayla Moore) Dierschow, and Hailey (Kevin Kyllonen) Fobare; brother of Claudia (the late Jim) Larson and Vanessa (the late Chuck) Abate; lifelong friend of Jim, Adam, Jeff, Todd, and Jeremy. Preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Joyce (née Ball) Dierschow. Scott was a independent master carpenter by trade for over 25 years. He enjoyed life to the fullest in work and in play. For many years he rode his bicycle from trips around Mackinac Island, in record time, to Pedal Across Lower Michigan Tours. Scott had many passions, camping; rock concerts; disc golf; fabricating; and took to painting that would make Bob Ross proud. He could be called on and counted on to help anyone and fix anything, and to travel across state lines for morel mushrooms and camping. Scott will be missed for his big heart and the love he had for his family and friends. A camping weekend to celebrate Scott's life will be held at a later date.
