McALLISTER, SANDRA KAY, age 78, of Munith, formerly of Waterford, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021. Born July 23, 1942 in Yale, Michigan to loving parents the late Cornelius Jack and Gladys Kay Muma (nee Durance); beloved wife of Ray Keith McAllister for 57 years; children, Natalie Kay (Brian) Kelly, Brian (Lea) McAllister, and Renee (John) Ziegler; grandchildren, Bradford Hege, Ryan Hege, Kate McAllister, Ella McAllister, Colin Ziegler, and Mallory Ziegler; preceded in death by siblings Vonda Stiles and Jack Muma. Sandra worked in the parts warehouse for GM, in Pontiac, and eventually retired after 32 years. In her free time, she enjoyed playing card games such as euchre, pinochle and king pedro; doing crossword puzzles and Sudoku; watching the game show channel and the Detroit Tigers. Over the years, Sandra loved to watch her children and grandchildren play at the family home on Portage Lake, in Munith, Michigan. She will be missed deeply by all of those that knew her.
