Beloved mother John (Christine) Van De Water and the late Robert Van De Water; dearest fianceacute; of Tom Cummings; loving grandmother of John Jr., Robert and Alexandra Van De Water and Kaylyn Gark; great grandmother of James and Wyatt. Also survived by her sister April special friend Frannie and several special nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her brothers John, James, Leonard, Bucky, and Henry, sister Maggie and friend Frank. Ruth worked for many years with Daimler Chrysler, but most recently worked with her fianceacute; Tom at his tree cutting service T amp; J Tree Service. In her free time she enjoyed crocheting, watching Judge Mathis and keeping up with President Donald Trump.
