HANCE, RUTH COLLEEN, age 68 of Clawson, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022. She was born on September 12, 1953 in Goodrich to parents Orval and Donna (Wilder) Marlowe. Ruth retired from GM after 24 years of dedicated service. On February 29, 2008 she married the love of her life, Patrick. She enjoyed horses, listening to music and watching her son play the drums. Ruth loved spending time outside in the sun. But more than anything, she loved her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered for being strong in her faith and an amazing lady. Ruth is survived by her husband of 15 years, Patrick Hance; children: Gregg Cleaver, Sabrina (Daniel) Jurkiewicz, Joshua (Jessica) Hance; grandchildren: Gage, Kennedi, Shane, Hannah, Sawyer, Charlotte, and Abigail; brother, James Marlowe; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both parents; son, Patrick J. Hance II; and brother, Larry Marlowe. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 11am at Ottawa Park Cemetery.
