of Waterford, passed away December 31, 2016 at 86 years of age. Loving wife of the late Lloyd; dear mother of Lori (Thomas) Powell, and the late David (Cindy) Lindsey; adored grandmother of Allison Lindsey, Bridget Lindsey, and Maxwell Powell; sister of Joseph Julich and Marietta Witty. Ruth enjoyed sports, especially the Red Wings, reading, crossword puzzles, and visiting with friends and family.
