of St. Helen, passed away on January 22, 2017 at the age of 98. Loving father of Andy (Cynthia) Omans, the late Timothy Omans, the late Bradley Omans, Jeffrey Omans, and Mark Omans. Proud grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Ruth Gouveia. Russell proudly served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed hunting and was a skilled chair caner. p
