Loving husband of Sandy for 39 years; dear father of Matthew; brother of Tim (Mary Grace) Fox, Ralph Fox, Gaye (Mike) Bresnanhan, and Gail Lopez; preceded in death by siblings Rita Burpo, Mary England, Cheryl Feltner, and parents, Russell and Catherine Fox. Russell was a self employed licensed contracter and an avid golfer. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends. Private services will be held.
