of Waterford, passed away August 27, 2017 at 90 years of age. Beloved wife of Chuck for 70 years; loving mother of Mark (Cindy) Richards, Steve (Ann) Richards and Lori Felker (Dale Wright); dearest grandmother of Ryan, Kevin (Rachel), Brandon, Megan and Lauren; great grandmother of Rubie, Sloane and Ava; dear sister of Bernard (the late Marian) Seiber. Preceded by siblings Walter, Bill, Julia and Clarine. Sister in law of Joan (Wayne) Ross and the late Jack. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family. Rubie was a longtime member of First Congregational Church of Clarkson. She was a member of the VFW, the Elks Club and enjoyed playing Pinochle.
