KUKOWSKI, ROSE MARIE of Pontiac, passed away October 22, 2022, at 73 years of age. Loving wife of Helmut "Hal" for 50 years; dear mother of Mark (Shelli) Appling, Shanon Kukowski, Tanya Appling, Mike Hobgood, and Kurt Kukowski; grandmother of Michael (Tanjanika), Tina, Tara; great grandmother of Lydia; sister of Jim (Donna) Appling, Ann (Paul) Walker, and Robin (Lori) Appling and Starr (Michael) Hartman. Rose was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Rose enjoyed cooking, bowling, karaoke, camping, shopping, bingo, and taking family to amusement parks. For those that knew her well, they'll recall that Rose always believed you can still be a kid at heart no matter your age and she lived her life with that in mind. There was never a dull moment with Rose because she knew how to have fun and wanted to share her favorite things with everyone. Rose was a wonderful person inside and out, with a beautiful little smile. She will be dearly missed by all who were blessed to know her. Funeral service will be held Monday, October 31, 2022, at 12 noon COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD. Family will receive friends Monday 10:30 AM until time of service.
