THOMAS, RONALD PAUL, age 75, of Waterford, passed away March 19, 2022. He was born on November 11, 1946, in Pontiac, Michigan, son to the late Paul and Thelma Thomas (nee Driscoll). Loving husband of Rosemary for 54 wonderful years; dear father of Lisa (the late Gerald) Barger, Edward (Amber) Thomas, Leslie McKee, Rae (Matthew) Joerin, Phillip (Jacquelene) Thomas and the late Eric (Myra) Thomas; proud grandfather of 18; great grandfather of 7. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family. Ron worked as an inspector for the Oakland County Road Commission for 30 years. After retiring he went on to drive for On Time Transportation for 7 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed woodworking, gardening and spending time with his family, his church family and his beloved pups Ruthie, Peanut and Maggie. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, 11:00AM at New Hope Christian Fellowship, 6020 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10:30 AM until time of service. Arrangements entrusted to Coats Funeral Home – Waterford. Interment Ottawa Park Cemetery in Clarkston, Michigan.
