DEAN, RONALD JAMES SR., age 60, of Waterford, passed away May 6, 2024. He was born on March 29, 1964, in Pontiac, Michigan, son to the late Harvey and Dorothy Dean (nee Alderman). Loving husband of Donna for 37 wonderful years; dear father of Ashley West, Christina (Nate) West, Ronald J. Jr (Rachel) Dean and his beloved fur babies Precious and Bandit; proud grandfather of Hannah (Marko) Marotz, Hailey Marotz, Hayden Marotz, Ronald Dean III, Ryleigh Dean, Aniyah West and one great grandchild on the way. Ronald worked for St. Joe's Hospital for 18 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed bowling, cheering on the Detroit Tigers and Lions and watching westerns and game shows. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, 11:00 AM at Coats Funeral Home-Waterford. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Memorial donations in Ronald's name may be made to the Michigan Humane Society or the American Cancer Association.
