of Waterford, died June 18, 2017 at 76 years of age. Born April 29, 1941 in Christchurch, New Zealand, the son of the late Stanley and Joan Hamilton. Beloved husband of Connie for 49 years; loving father of Chris (Kim) Hamilton and Bryce (Cathy) Hamilton; dearest grandfather of Alex, Jared, Kyle, James, Avery, Sarah, Jennifer, Katie and Moira; dear brother of Lynette Hamilton and brother in law of Joan (Dave) Yarmuth. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family. Roger retired from Sears and Roebuck after 35 years of service. He was a member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church. He enjoyed hiking, boating, traveling, home remodeling and was an avid HAM Radio operator for years which gave him the opportunity to speak with his family in New Zealand.
