of Clarkston, age 85, went to be with his Lord on December 8, 2010. Bob was born May 2, 1925 in ?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /st1:place w:st="on"st1:City w:st="on"Dayton/st1:City, st1:State w:st="on"Ohio/st1:State/st1:place the son of the late Frank and Wilda Waid. Bob leaves his wife of 60 years, Violet Waid; sons, Robert (Gwen) Kessler, Danny (Tonya) st1:place w:st="on"st1:City w:st="on"Waid/st1:City, st1:State w:st="on"Cal/st1:State/st1:place Waid, and Nels Waid; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and his brother, John Waid. Bob was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Clarkston. He was also a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked for many years as a builder in Clarkston and the surrounding areas.
