of Waterford, passed away December 11, 2018 at 68 years of age. Loving husband of Catharine, (nee Popour); dear son of Wilma and the late Robert Sr; step father of Matthew Popour; brother of Charles Bailey, Timothy (Kim) Bailey, Terri (William) Morgan and Linda Lake. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Robert was an Army veteran serving during the Vietnam era. He worked for General Motors in the Truck and Bus division for 40 years. In his spare time Robert enjoyed motorcycles, gardening, fishing and attending to his fish aquariums, avid pool player, Pink Floyd fan and he was also a lifetime member of VFW post 1008.br
