MILNER, RITA M. of Waterford, passed away November 3, 2019 at 77 years of age. Wife of the late Ronald Milner; dear mother of Michele (Eric) Johnson and John (Cynthia) Victor; grandmother of Sean Malone, Seth (Alyssa) Johnson, Kaylah Johnson, Ashleigh Victor, and John E. Victor; sister of Ralph "Bill" (Mary Lou) Lister, and the late Robert Lister. Rita worked for many years as an administrative/clerical assistant. She picked up golfing later in life and enjoyed time spent golfing with Ron and time spent in Florida socializing with friends. She was an active member of Beta Sigma Phi local chapter Gamma Master where she enjoyed the camaraderie of friends and participating in various projects, programs, and social events. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
