CLIFTON, RICK D. of Waterford, passed away unexpectedly March 20, 2020 at 63 years of age. Loving husband, best friend and soul mate of Debra for 29 years; dear brother of Larry (Janet) Clifton, Ralph (Diane) Clifton, and Linda (Tom) Hammel; uncle to several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Pearl (nee Baquet) Clifton. Rick worked for Security First Insurance for 20 years. Born and raised in Belleville, IL, he was a huge sports fan of any St. Louis team. He met his beautiful wife by chance and they would spend the next 29 years inseparable and looking forward to retirement and spending time together. Memorial mass will be at a later date at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Waterford. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Benedict Catholic Church.
