Loving husband of the late Rosalie; dear father of Elizabeth Narvaez and Martha (Miguel) Conteras; grandfather of Armando Narvaez; great grandfather of Luca Narvaez. A memorial mass will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 10 AM, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Arrangements entrusted to COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD.
