TYLER, RANDALL K. "RANDY" of White Lake, went to be with the Lord December 8, 2021 at 65 years of age. Loving husband of Deidre "Dee" (nee Lang) for 43 years; beloved father of Ryan (Allison) Tyler and Drue (Ryan) Joseph; Gramps to Calvin; brother of Larry (Jenni) Tyler, Phyllis (the late Robert) Lyons, and Sharon (Gary) Tucker; dear son in law of Sue and the late Buddy Lang;  cherished brother in law of Hope (Brian) Bradford; and special uncle of Jessica and Magnus; preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Jennie Tyler. Randy was a skilled journeyman in wood model making and retired in 2006 after 30 years of service from GM. Thirty days after retirement he embarked on a second career with Kelly Services as the IT administrator for 15 years. Randy was the jack of all trades who enjoyed coaching every sport imaginable, except football and soccer. He was music aficionado with a collection of albums in the "tens of thousands" and when he wasn't coaching or listening to his music, he enjoyed fishing, reading, whittling, playing games, and can't forget his passion for cooking and eating. But what he will be remembered for was the quality time he spent with people. A faithful member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Walled Lake, he always found a way to relate to whomever he spoke to and would spend time doing whatever the other person wanted to do. It was his gift. His easy going smile and his easy conversation will be dearly missed by all who loved him. Funeral service will be Monday, December 13, 2021 at 11 AM at COATS FUNERAL HOME – CLARKSTON, 8909 Dixie Hwy. Family will receive friends Sunday 3-8 PM. Donations may be made to Martin Luther High School Baseball Program in Greendale, WI or St. Matthew Lutheran School.
