"Randy" of Orion, died October 28, 2013 at 65 years of age. Beloved husband of Lori (nee Skotzke) Thompson for 29 years. Dear brother of Lynn (the late Larry) Garland, Lori (Bill) Cleland and the late Stephen Thompson. Beloved son of the late James amp; Vera Thompson.Son in law of George amp; Mary Jane Skotzke. Brother in law of Judi, Eric and Kevin (Julie) Skotzke. Also survived by his canine pal Stella, and numerous nieces and nephews. Randy had retired from the GM Technical Institute and was a member of the Oakland County Sportsmens Club. He was a Veteran of the US Marines, where he received the Purple Heart while serving in Vietnam.
