Loving mother of Russ (Beth) Tincher and Renee Tincher. Also survived by her grandchildren Tiffani and Travis Dean; step granddaughter Gidget and great grandson Damien. Preceded in death by 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Phyllis retired from General Motors after many years of service.
