of Oxford passed away October 12, 2015 at 70 years of age. Loving wife of John for 27 years; beloved mother of Kenneth (Dawn) Cooper, James Stutesman, Shelly (Mike), Sheila (Christian), and Paula (Ryan); grandmother of 8; sister of Betty Sams, Helen Morris, Gloria (Duane) LaClair, and Judy (Al) Peel. Phyllis retired from GM in 1999 after 30 years of service. She was an active member of Pine Knob Missionary Baptist Church. Phyllis enjoyed family events, church activities, traveling with her camper, gardening, canning, baking, and letrsquo;s not forget 'Kentucky basketball' and garage sales. She was not complicated with a heart of gold.
