GAFFNEY, PHYLLIS MARIE, age 91, of Pontiac, passed away September 29, 2022. She was born on December 17, 1930, in Detroit, Michigan, daughter to the late Joseph and Hazel Pfeffer (nee Meehan). Loving wife of the late Basil, dear mother of Mike Gaffney, Jan (Tom) Saunders, Chris (Lee White) Gaffney, Paul (Kristen) Gaffney and Tim (Jan) Gaffney; proud grandmother of 10, great grandmother of 4. Phyllis was the neighborhood mom to all. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles and traveling. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, 10:00 AM with an instate time of 9:30 AM at St. Damien Catholic Parish, 46408 Woodward Avenue, Pontiac. Luncheon to follow.
