He is survived by two children, Jason (fianceacute; Mary) Keener and Nicole (Corey) Martin; three grandchildren, Arlo Lee Keener, Lucia and Emery Martin; three brothers, Curt, Wayne and Rick Keener; longtime companion, Deb Roe and her family, Cortney Brendel, Megan Carter and Michael Harding. Phillip was a 1974 graduate of Brandon High School and was a driver for Wojorsquo;s Greenhouse.
