HORVATH, PEGGY JANE of Davisburg, passed away October 26, 2021 at 75 years of age. Loving wife of Gabriel for 55 years; dear mother of Jeannie (Jeff) Carlsen, Gabriella (Steve) Stantz, Sarah (Brad) Hillard, and Shane Horvath; grandmother of 8; great grandmother of 3 with one on the way; sister of Donna (Joe) Schillaci and the late Kathy Alder. Peggy loved and cared for her family and was most proud of a job she once had as a gift shop manager at the Toledo Airport where she met the most interesting people. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and traveling with Gabriel around the world; Mexico, Europe, Frankfurt, Budapest, and more. She had a love of painting but what she will be most remembered for was the love she had for her wonderful loving family and her love of the color red, so please for Peggy, wear RED. Funeral service will be Monday, November 1, 2021 at 11 AM at St. Daniel Catholic Church, 7010 Valley Park, Clarkston. Family will receive friends Sunday from 2-4 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-CLARKSTON, 8909 Dixie Hwy. and Monday 10:30 AM at church. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
