WALLIS, PAUL E. of Clarkston, passed away surrounded by his loving family on September 11, 2021 at 93 years of age. Loving partner and companion of Richarda Whittinghill for 43 years; dear father of Allen (Althea) Wallis, Doug (Candy Shadoin) Wallis, Bonnie (Tom) Taluto, Carol Miller, Lynn Tolbert, Laura (Jason) Patton, Bill (Heather) Wallis; grandfather of Dale, Trisha, Maria, Jason, Jessica, Joshua, Amber, Ryan, Caryn (Michael), Emily, and Billy; great grandfather of 7 and preceded in death by 2 great grandchildren; brother of Jim Wallis; preceded in death by siblings, Vernon Wallis, Thomas "Dick" Wallis, and Maxine Thomas; the mother of his children Shirley Wallis; also survived by Richarda's daughters, Pam (Chuck) Patterson and their children Frankie, Kyle, and Melissa, and Kim (Pochi) Ortiz-Vargas and their children Ana, Nicki, and David. Paul retired from the Pontiac School District in 1990 after 25 years of service. He enjoyed fishing; fishing; and fishing, rain or shine, hot or cold. He also enjoyed gardening and was the Detroit Tiger's biggest fan. Most importantly, Paul loved his large and wonderful family and he will be forever missed.
