Paul Lewis Lund, 81, of Waterford MI, passed away on December 7 2022. Paul was preceded in death by his son Stephen (d. 1999), and is survived by his wife Ruth, children Monica, Jef, Brian (Clarissa), Aaron (Toya), Nick, Courtney (Dan), and Jared; as well as grandchildren Jacob (Sarah), Ann-Louise, McKinley, Alexis, Stephen, Isabella, Isaac, Mason, Jackson, Jonas, Imogen, Kaylee, and Megan.

Paul was born in Houghton, MI and was proud to claim his Yooper and Finnish roots. A lifelong Tigers fan, Paul was always up for catching a movie or watching a ball game. He was an avid bowler in his youth, and in his later years one could often find him working on a crossword puzzle or watching the Lions lose on TV. His greatest pride was in his children and grandchildren, and his greatest treasure was his wife. Paul was loved and will be missed by those who knew him.

The family invites friends and loved ones to a funeral service held at St. Perpetua Catholic Church, 134 Airport Rd in Waterford, on December 27, 2022. Visitation will take place from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM, with a funeral Mass immediately following. Please show your love for Paul by arriving in your finest Tigers/Lions/Red Wings/U of M apparel.
