We remember Patricia Gail Lara, whose spirit departed from us on December 15th, 2024, at the age of 67. She left us to reunite with her parents, William James and Lorraine Reita Mason, sister Joanne Harbert, and her brother Richard Mason. Patty is survived by her sisters, Sandra (Roy) Hensley, and Rebecca (James) Kabana, her two beloved children, Rick Drinkard and Claudia Ferrari, and her cherished legacy, grandchildren; Skylar Rose Drinkard and Stephen John Ferrari III.

Patty lived a life of utmost dedication to her family and friends, never missing a moment to cook a good meal and share a deep laugh (and an occasional tear) around the table. She always had a soft spot for her pets and animals. She loved a visit to the casino, to go shop for some new duds, or just a drive through a scenic back road listening to her favorite tunes.

Patty worked hard at various jobs throughout the years, most recently as Property Manager with Parkland Ventures, Leonard, MI.

Visitation will be Friday, December 20 from 3-8 pm at Coats Funeral Home, 3141 Sashabaw Road, Waterford, MI. A short visitation will be available at 10am Saturday, December 21, with funeral service to follow at 11.
