LOCHER, PATRICIA L. (née Griffin) of Clarkston, passed away July 11, 2023 at 73 years of age. Loving mother of Shannon (Brandon) Bauer, Angela Locher, and Jaclyn (Scott) Jenkinson; grandmother of Meagan, Madison, Griffin, and Alexis; preceded in death by her parents, William and Amanda (née Franks) Griffin and brother, William Griffin. Survived by her loving cats, Mystic and Bella. Pat was a 1968 graduate of Thurston High School in Redford. She retired from Oakland County after 17 years in the office of Register of Deeds. She enjoyed gambling; trips to the casinos; shopping; and ceramics. A wonderful sense of humor; quick witted; and always laughing. If she couldn't remember a person's name she was infamous for making one up. She enjoyed her grandchildren and her grand-dogs.  Pat will forever be missed for her laughter, love, and joy that was always with her. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 12 noon at Pine Knob Missionary Baptist Church, 6293 Waldon Center Dr., Clarkston. Family will receive friends Saturday 11 AM until time of service. A luncheon will immediately follow.  Arrangements entrusted to COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD. Memorials may be made in Pat's memory to Oakland County Animal Shelter.
