of Orion Twp.; died October 10, 2015. She was 84. Born January 18 1931 in Sullivan, Indiana to the late Frank and Hazel (nee: Exline) Arnold. She is survived by three children, Jack (Janet) Blaylock, Jon (Kathie) Blaylock and Dawn Marie Blaylock; also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Blaylock; two children, Joseph Allan Blaylock and Bethany Smith and grandson Trevor Blaylock. Patricia retired from NBD formerly Pontiac State Bank and was a member of Marimont Community Church.
