Otto was born November 15, 1939 in st1:place w:st="on"st1:City w:st="on"Hoxie/st1:City, st1:State w:st="on"Arkansas/st1:State/st1:place the son of the late Pete and Alma Wright. He is survived by his wife, Therese Wright; children, Shane (Debbie) Wright and Kim Northey; grandchildren, Keegan, Hunter, and Madison Wright and William Northey; brother in law, Don Troxell. Otto is predeceased by his siblings, Robert Wright and Barbara Troxell. He was a member of the V.F.W. Heart of the Lakes 1008 and lifetime member of the Marine Corp League 570. He was also a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
