Born in McAllen, Texas the son to the late Jose and Maria Villarreal Sr. Beloved husband of the late Penny; loving father of Adam (Autumn) Villarreal and Jeffrey Myers; dearest grandpa of Carter and Scarlett; dear brother of Yolanda Islas, Noelia Koop, Fela (Ernie) Mejia and the late Jose Villarreal Jr. Also survived by dearest partner Pat Himmelspach, several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Oscar was a self employed contractor. He was a member of the Teamsters and several Unions. Hersquo;ll be remembered as a hard worker but most of all a loving husband, father and grandfather.
