JURICK, NICHOLAS PHILLIP of Waterford, passed away July 1, 2020 at 71 years of age due to congestive heart failure. He was born in Royal Oak, Michigan, on December 20, 1948 to the late Nicholas and Dorcas (née McCurdy) Jurick and is the brother of Nichele (the late Stanley) Slazinski, Dawn (Dennis) Hafeli and Kathleen Jurick. He is the uncle of three nephews and one niece. Phillip was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a classic car enthusiast and an avid follower of the Detroit sports teams. Phillip was a quiet soul known for his sense of humor and generous spirit. He enjoyed time spent with family at home and in Port Austin. He loved his companion cat, Liberty. Phillip will be missed. A private service will be held.
