KEY, NANCY RUTH, age 84, of Lansing, formerly of Waterford, passed away May 26, 2022. She was born on March 23, 1938, in Manchester, TN, daughter of the late Sam and Jewel Pearson (nee Willingham). Loving wife of the late Robert for many years; dear mother of David (Dawn) Key and William Key; proud grandmother of Rachel, RJ, Megan & Catherine and Starr Wilkins; also, great grandmother of Logan and Jacob; sister of the late Fred Pearson. Nancy enjoyed gardening, growing vegetables and teaching these lessons to her grandchildren. She was exceptionally proud of her grandchildren who graduated this year. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, 6:00 PM at Coats Funeral Home-Clarkston, 8909 Dixie Highway. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3:30 PM until time of service. Inurnment Ottawa Park Cemetery in Clarkston, MI. Memorial donations in Nancy's name may be made to the Michigan Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
