FAMULARO, NANCY DISLER of Waterford Michigan passed away at the age of 81 on July 1, 2022.  She was born in Detroit Michigan on May 29, 1941, the eldest daughter of the late Roland and Marie Disler (nee Schmid).  Preceded in death by husband Bartholomew James and son Bart "Buzz" Famularo.  Beloved mother of Lynn (Tom) Bauer, Susan Famularo (Buddy) Christensen, and daughter in law Teresa Famularo.  Proud grandmother of Vinny, Dominic, Maria, Libby, Clara and Chloe.  Loving sister to Karen (Joe) Clifford and Rosemary (Terry) McAlinden, and many nieces and nephews with whom she shared countless laughs.  She enjoyed close relationships with cousins Kent (Carol) Morgan and Jim (Jera) Laidlaw as well as with the Famularo and Caswell families.   She brought joy and laughter to all she met and loved nothing more than spending time with family, friends, and neighbors. Nancy worked for the Waterford School District for 25 years during which time she made life-long friendships and memories.  Co-workers Marcia Schaffer, Julie Hughes, Diane DiPaola, and Alice Hutchinson have played an important role in her life as have many kind neighbors.   Nancy's flair for style and zest for life was infectious and will be missed by all who knew her.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Memorials may be designated to Pine Tree Place Assisted Living in Clarkston MI.
