Loving wife of the late James Shelby and the late Francis Gaddis; cherished mother of the late Sandy Taylor, Donna Bigelow, Judy Shelby, Jill (Tom) Bright, Steven (Robbin) Shelby, Ron (Cari) Gaddis, the late Jeff Gaddis, Mark Shelby, and Tracy (Cathi) Gaddis; grandmother of 12; great grandmother of 15; great great grandmother of 4; sister of the late George Gaddis and the late Irene Olsen. Mildred was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed time with her family, gardening, camping and traveling. Her bright smile will be missed.
