Millie' of Waterford, went home to be with her Lord, Saturday November 24, 2018 at 74 years of age, surrounded by her loving family. Born January 4, 1944 in Caledonia, Minnesota, the daughter to the late Gerhard and Helen Bauer. Beloved wife of Arthur 'Art' Robak for 52 years; loving Mom of Steve Robak, Michelle (Tim) Ross, Maria (Dan) Stemper, Patty (Kevin) Oliver, Sue Ann Robak, Teresa (Hardy) Sawall and Paul (Jenny) Robak; cherished Grandma of Lauren, Lexie, Nick, Noah, Quinn and Carley Robak, Garrett, Lindsay (Blake Beauchamp), Megan, and Grant Ross, Dylan, Drew, Katelyn and Brianna Stemper, Luke, Isaac, Vinny, Maria and Sophia Oliver, Emma, Eli, Zeke, and Zoe Sawall, Brooklyn, Ryan, Elliana and Brady Robak; great grandma of Ashton Beauchamp. Survived by her siblings Bernice (the late Les) Lange, Vina (the late Ted) Lange, Rita (Lee) Svehaug, Gordy (Wanda) Bauer, John (Judy) Bauer, Mary Mullen, Helen (Dave) Augedahl and sister in law Leota Bauer. Also survived by in laws Jerry (the late Eileen) Robak, Millie (the late Ted) Goemaere, Lucy Wilhelm, Shirley (Jim) Zugras, Ed (Angie) Robak and the late Marie Mineweaser. Also survived by 83 nieces and nephews, many cousins, and extended family. Preceded in death by siblings Vince (Rosine) Bauer, Sr. Vinciana Bauer, Teresa (Ralph) Heberlein, Shorty Bauer and 6 nieces and nephews. Millie was a long time member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church where she was active with the Divine Mercy Prayer Group and the funeral luncheon team and graciously volunteered at church and school, wherever she was needed. She also gave of her time weekly at Clarkston Specialty Nursing Home. She was a great cook and baker; loved gardening, her daily walks, singing, dancing, and playing games and cards with her grandchildren. She was also very proud to be able to watch both her children and grandchildren playing all of their sports and activities for over 45 years. She also worked for many years at Dr. St. Louis Optometry Office in Waterford.
