Dear brother of the late Glenn E. Kotlarsky, the late Robert D. Kotlarsky, and Leonard W. (Joann) Kotlarsky. Mike proudly served his country in the United States Navy during WWII. He was also a GM retiree of over 40 years. He was a member of the Waterford Elks Club and was the club president of GBU for over 30 years.
