GADDIS, MICHAEL A. of Waterford, passed away December 27, 2022 at 71 years of age. Dear brother of Sharon (the late Bob) Ferdon, Lane (Rose) Gaddis, and the late Lavonne Howard; loved uncle of many nieces and nephews; preceded in death by his parents Donald and Noella (née Plante) Gaddis. Mike was born in Pontiac, Michigan and was a 1971 graduate of Waterford Mott High School. He retired from GM in 2006 after over 30 years of service. A quiet man, he was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed his solitude, taking care of his numerous aquariums, but always enjoyed time with his family. His family will miss his tendency for stubbornness and his sometimes relentless teasing. Gone "fishing" too soon he will always be remembered. Funeral service will be held Friday, January 6, 2023 at 3 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD. Family will receive friends Friday 2 PM until time of service. Private burial will take place at All Saints Cemetery, Waterford. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your charity of choice.
