of Waterford, passed away March 11, 2019 at 60 years of age. Loving husband of Cathy R. Cohen for 20 great years; dear son of the late Stanley A. Cohen and the late Elizabeth Mae Cohen; cherished father of Michael Cohen, Michelle (Patrick) Highley, Margot (Shawn) Coakley and Daniel Webster; beloved grandfather of Mara, Mieke Jo, Elijah and Savannah. Michael was a proud and highly decorated Army Senior NCO retiree with 20 years of service to his country. He served in time of war during Operation Desert Storm where he received 3 Bronze Stars. During his entire enlistment, he received countless decorations such as 6 Good Conduct awards, Badge in Bronze in German ARMS Physical Training, Kuwait Liberation Medals and many Experts in Sharp Shooting with various different Small Arms Weaponry.
