Also mother to Jeremy and Joshua Blevins.Dearest daughter of Linda amp; William Rutter; sister of Christy (Tim) Zahn and Loyd (Jennifer) Fisher. Also survived by her parents in law Ted amp; Rita Blevins and a host of extended family. She was a member of F.O.E. Aerie# 3465. Even through all her struggles and hospital visits Melissa remained fun loving and happy.
