of Waterford, a faithful servant of the Lord, passed away June 6, 2016 at 81 years of age. Loving husband of Patricia for 57 years; beloved father of Steve (Jenny) Lilly and Tammy (Cris) Lillyfarren; grandfather of Sawyer, Karcy, Jaelyn, Dillon, Brett, and Brooke; great grandfather of Allison; brother of Larry (Sue) Lilly. Also survived by special cousin, who was like a brother, Randy Hatcher and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by 3 sisters and 1 brother. Max was a veteran of the US Army. He retired from GM in 1990 after 30 years of service. Max was a great husband and father who loved the outdoors and hunting and fishing up north.
