of Waterford, Michigan, passed into the arms of his Lord, November 8, 2017 at 38 years of age. Loving son of David and Karen (nee Kuck) Motzny; dear brother of Michael and Millicent Motzny; grandson of Karl and the late Dorothy Kuck, William and Elaine Motzny. Also survived by many caring aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. Matt was an Eagle Scout and a 1999 graduate of Waterford Mott HS where he received the Waterford Foundationrsquo;s Select Fifty Award. He went on to earn 2 associatersquo;s degrees and was an accomplished artist, later specializing in graphic design. Matt enjoyed wheelchair hockey, where he received the Playoff MVP - Presidents Trophy and was an avid Red Wing fan. He was instrumental in helping the Waterford Fire Department raise money for Muscular Dystrophy Association and appeared on the local Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Association Telethon on numerous occasions. Matt will be dearly missed, as well as his sense of humor, and especially his ever-present smile.
